Terms of Service

WARRANTY:

We guarantee delivery throughout Brazil or a full refund of your purchase. For your convenience, our products are shipped via Correios, and once the shipment is processed, a tracking link will be sent to the registered email for delivery monitoring.

The tracking code will be sent directly to your registered email and WhatsApp within 48 hours (2 business days). Don't forget to complete your registration to receive this information.

If an unforeseen issue occurs and your order is not delivered, Milano Minimal guarantees a full refund of your purchase if the loss is confirmed.

SECURITY:

Our website is 100% secure. Payments are processed through Mercado Pago, protecting your information. Credit card payments undergo an anti-fraud analysis to protect both our store and you, the consumer.

Payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days to complete, in accordance with Mercado Pago’s rules and card network policies.

DELIVERY TIME:

Once the item is out for delivery, the logistics responsibility is transferred to Correios or the carrier chosen at checkout.

The estimated delivery time provided during checkout is an approximation and may change during transit without prior notice. The Milano Minimal team will open a complaint with the contracted carrier within a response time of up to 7 business days if any issues arise with the delivery of your order.

All orders include a tracking code and link for you to monitor the delivery process.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:

  • To request an exchange or return, you must contact us via email within 7 calendar days after delivery, providing your order number, the item to be exchanged, and the reason for the request.

  • After the procedure, we will respond within 48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be sent in its original packaging and without signs of use. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

NOTE: If the request is not made within 7 days after receipt, the customer will forfeit the right to exchange or return.

  • We will exchange defective products at no cost. For other reasons, exchanges will only be made upon payment of shipping fees, which will be calculated based on the customer's postal code.

  • If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must request it within 24 hours after payment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We are not responsible for incorrectly registered addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their information is correct. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

If the product is returned to the sender due to Correios or the contracted carrier being unable to complete the delivery or the product remaining uncollected, a fee will be charged for reshipping.
