Shipping Policy

Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.

The shipping timeframe will be from 1 to 5 business days.

The delivery timeframe will be between 5 to 21 business days after the shipping date.

We carefully select suppliers who not only offer great prices and quality but also expedite shipping times.

If the stipulated timeframe has passed, we recommend that you contact the Post Office or Shipping Carrier to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the Post Office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with our distributors.

If it is confirmed that there is a logistics issue with your order, we will process a FULL refund for your purchase immediately after completing these verification steps.

Your purchase tracking code will be sent via email within 1 to 5 business days after your order confirmation.

If your order was placed using the Bank Slip payment option, the time between payment and bank clearance may take up to 5 business days.
