Refund Policy

Return Policy Jackets Club is committed to your full satisfaction. If you selected a product from our online store but, upon receiving it, you find it to be defective or not in accordance with your order, we guarantee your right to exchange or return the item according to the terms outlined below:

  1. Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
  2. Product defect: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt. The first step for an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Support Center via email.. To initiate an exchange/return, the product must show no signs of use and should be sent directly to our PO Box. Once we receive the item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with either the refund or exchange within 5 (five) business days.

Our team will guide you through the entire product return process.

For returns due to dissatisfaction: Once we receive the package, we will conduct an assessment to confirm that the item meets the return conditions. After confirmation, our Customer Support team will contact you, and you will have the option to choose between:

  1. Exchanging it for another available product from our stock.
  2. Receiving a refund for the cost of the product(s) (shipping costs are non-refundable if the correct item was delivered and in perfect condition).

Warranty: All products in our store are covered by a 30-day warranty, starting from the date of receipt.

To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute demonstrating the issue. The packaging of the product (shipping box with the label) must also be shown in the video; this is required for warranty validation.

Alternatively, the customer can provide photos clearly showing the defect, with the product packaging visible.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Fluid damage, such as submerging the product in water (while some products are water-resistant, there are product-specific limits to this);
  • Damage caused by attempts to repair or modify the product by the customer or third parties;
  • Improper use of accessories;
  • Failures or damage caused by normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the screen or oxidation due to excess uric acid from the user);
  • Acceptable reduction in battery life;
  • Tests conducted to assess the product's durability, such as testing the watch glass’s resistance or water resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions: I requested an exchange. How long will it take to receive my new product? Once the return is confirmed at our Distribution Center, we will assess its condition. If everything is in accordance with our return policy, we will ship the new product within 5 (five) business days.

In cases of exchanges or returns due to dissatisfaction, size issues, or product discrepancies, we will assess the product's quality, and if any signs of use are found, it will be returned to the sender without prior notice.

I requested a return. When will I receive my refund? If the payment was made via bank slip, the refund will be credited to your account on our online store as a store credit for a future purchase. If you do not wish to use the store credit, we will issue the refund via PagSeguro or Mercado Pago virtual account (it is possible to create a free account to receive the refund).

If the payment was made via credit card, the refund may either be credited to your online store account for a new purchase or processed as a credit card chargeback.

Please note that credit card issuers typically take 30 to 60 days to reflect the chargeback on your statement.

TED - Transfer to the customer's bank account can be made within 10 business days after return confirmation. TRANSFERS CANNOT BE MADE TO THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS.
